Wish Upon a Sleepover (Shimmer and Shine) (Little Golden Book)

Very cute book! Most Shimmer and Shine books age recommendations is 3-6 but my child is almost 7. The reading level for this book is perfect for her! She's advanced in reading so I was skeptical about this book because it wouldn't challange her, however it is not like an easy reader. Plus the characters are so cute in this one.

I'll be honest , I bought this because of the illustrator. I just love her work and this book did not disappoint! The work was done in gouache an it as beautiful. If you your little girl is a Shimmer and Shine fan , this book is a great addition to any library!

Granddaughter is now into Shimmer and Shine, so the book was great for her. Plus it was a 'girl' book in a house full of boy things. She loved it and talked about it and tried to read to me.

This book is a hit with my 2, 4 and 6 yr old girls! Shimmer and Shine offer a quirk, fun story line!
