Best noodles out there
These rice noodles taste amazing! My first choice for my stir fry, fresh spring salad, and hot noodles. These rice noodles tasted authentic, like the ones I've had in Vietnam. The noodles are chewy and do not stick together when cooked. The noodles are from better quality of rice compared to other brands I've had.

These noodles are junk.
My recipe stated soak noodles. No instructions on the package. I soaked them 30 minutes in tepid water, and then in boiling water and finally ended up cooking the noodles just like pasta. I’m not sure when these were made but they never softened and just cooked to mush. Very disappointed and want a refund.
