I liked the ideal of a roll on gel. Unfortunately, the gel didn’t roll on very easily, as the roller ball gets stuck. Once I got a thin film of gel on the skin, it didn’t provide pain relief, the cold sensation lasts for about 10 seconds including on skin that isn’t on an injured area.
