The pills are relatively small, tasteless, and easy to swallow. It is too early to know if they are effective in boosting my B12 level or not since I will not be taking a blood test for another month. I may update the review after getting the results from the blood test. Price is reasonable. In my latest blood test results, the B12 level is elevated off the chart, but I also have been taking monthly B12 injections besides taking the B12 supplement pills so I don't really how much the improvement in my B12 level is due to the injections and how much is due to the supplement. May have to wait for next year blood test results to know for sure.
