I was hoping that this calendar would be great for motivating healthy habits - and it does have some useful "fit tips" for each day. My concern with this calendar is that it's sometimes needlessly offensive. For example, today's quote is "Being powerful is like being a lady, if you have to tell people you are, you aren't". How is that even related to living a fit life? Another one is "Be a goal digger". Is this trying to hint that working hard at goals is somehow like women who are gold diggers?Also, if you're not religious, this is not the calendar for you. There are references to God and faith sprinkled in fairly frequently. For example, "Success isn't measured by what you do compared to others; it's measured by what you do with the ability God gave you."If I'm ignoring exactly what I bought this for (motivational quotes), then it really isn't serving a purpose in my life. To the donation box it goes!

I was unhappy from the start with this product, but I figured I'd give it close to a half of year to rip it. This calendar is awful. Absolutely awful. Most of the days it has some corny,vague health fact that doesn't even seem true. An example- Today's was set an alarm to remember to fill up your water bottle. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Waste of money debating to get something else for the next 6 months and burning this one. Terrible.

One month in and so far I'm loving this little block of fit-spiration! I keep it on my desk at work and it gives me that little reminder each day to keep going. I glance at it just before I leave to give me that reminder as I head home to do my workout. Definitely recommend to anyone, but its great for those who maybe just starting on their fitness journeys. Has great little tips at the bottom of each page covering all sorts of topics.
