Taste great and good for you

This helps a lot with burning off the stubborn hard to burn fat. Especially it recommends on an empty stomach for a fasted morning cardio workout. Up hill incline cardio or through the Canyons etc even for 20-30 minutes according to ChatGPT Now, not sure if I am doing a review for the Triple Strength or Original- but this is good for both reviews. The original the Citrus or Tropical flavor amazing on the original More syrupy on the Triple Strength- but to be expected it’s clearly Triple Strength. Great stuff and great brand- Nothing else like it on Amazon.

Decent supplement. Refrigerate after opening for better taste

This is my first time taking L-Carnitine in supplement form, and so far I am really loving it. As soon as I take it I immediately feel a boost of good energy, and feel like Im in the mood for some exercise or housework or whatever. It just makes me feel great. As many of you probably know, there is a vast array of supplements out there competing for your hard-earned money. Well, after reading some of the numerous studies done with L-Carnitine, Ive decided this is money well spent. Im hooked. So much research shows the positive benefits of taking this stuff, that it would be senseless not to continue taking it. Check out some of the reviews on WebMD to get an idea as to what Im talking about here. Also, I keep mine in the fridge so I can take it like a shot. Its cold and its way better for you than any energy drink out there.

I purchased my first bottle here based on the great reviews. The packaging was unremarkable, the taste was favorable and although I have nothing else to compare it to ( since its my first bottle and it was my first time using L carnitine) I am giving it 5 stars because there were no negative side effects. I am losing weight but that's also because I am working out 5 days a week, cardio+ weight training + eating 6 small lean meals every 3 hours. I felt this gave me energy to get through my workouts and also a bit of mental clarity. I just ordered my second bottle here because this exact bottle is MUCH more expensive at my local GNC.

Absorbs relatively quickly. Definitely notice a positive difference in workouts. Downside is that it is over priced.

Great tasting, and it helps boosting my workouts in the Morning.
