waste of money , it's working perfectly but you need to understand that's it's impossible thing to do with this small machine by yourself .. it will take you forever to finish a few hair.

I bought this product after watching a youtube video and this reached late . Whilst I was busy I finally tried it but unfortunately my return window was closed by then. It doesn't work. As per instructions you have to soak fingers in salt water and then carefully insert the tip of the pen which has needle targetting the hair follicles. And the current passes damaging the hair. But trust me this device is inoperative from first use. I guess the seller has cheated me by giving a damage piece

I really liked this, I thought it was easy to use and seemed to be working. One day about two weeks into owning it just stopped working. I bought extra tips for it and now they are useless. Whats worse is I could not find anywhere to contact the company to have it replaced. Would NOT recommend based on this.

YouTubeや広告などを見て良いと思い購入、届いて使って見て後悔しました。 針が毛穴に入り込む事はありません。針は指で押すと凹むようになっていて、動画などで見ると毛穴に刺さっている様に見えますが、実は針がへこんでいってるのです。 ですので、電流も肌の表面にしか流れません。 効果はないです！ あと、使うたんびにピーピーうるさいです。

Ottobre 2018 Ora che sono passati 10 mesi dal momento di acquisto posso dire che l'apparecchio funziona benissimo! Avevo da anni il problema con i peli sul mento, ed é diventato quasi un incubo a tirarli fuori TUTTI i giorni (sennó si sentivano sotto la mano). Adesso crescono pochissimi e sono molto più sottili, finalnente posso vivere tranquilla, fare le vacanze e non perdere una mezzora ogni giorno per togliere i peli dal mento. Consigliatissimo!!! Qui sotto c'e ancora la mia vecchia recensione del gennaio. Recensione del Gennaio 2018: "Tutto come descritto. Ci vuole una pila 9V (non inclusa). Nella confezione si trovano una specie di penna con un ago sottilissimo collegata tramite un cavo con l'apparecchio , una pinzetta, un ago di ricambio (questo l'ho scoperto per caso - si trova sotto la pinzetta, che non uso, visto che mi trovo meglio con la pinzetta piú piccola. Quando facevo le foto per caricare qui su amazon ho visto proprio sulle immagini che c'e quel pezzo di ricambio, che bello! :) Per i risultati bisogna vedere nel futuro. Circa 15 anni fa facevo elettroepilazione in un centro estetico. C'e voluto un anno per far sparire i peli (che dopo 10 anni comunque hanno incomminciato a crescere di nuovo). Usando questo aparecchio sento un dolore piu o meno uguale a quello che sentivo 15 anni fa. Forse un po meno forte (mettendo la potenza a 5-6). Quindi spero che sia efficace. Per far funzionare l'apparecchio bisogna bagnare leggermente le dita con le quali prendete la penna (cosi chiude il circuito). Se il circuito é chiuso, nel momento quando inserite l'ago dentro il pelo l'apparecchio emerge un suono. É meglio usare l'acqua salata. Ho provato prima a bagnare le dita con l'acqua dolce - l'apparecchio in 50% dei casi non funzionava. Dopo ho provato a bagnarle con l'acqua salata - funziona sempre. Un altro consiglio (se si usa per i peli del viso) - é meglio usare uno specchio che ingrandisce 5 o 7 volte. Con x3 non si vede abbastanza bene, con x10 - bisogna avvicinarsi troppo allo specchio e a questo punto é difficile usare la penna dell'apparecchio."
