Easy to use fit for purpose

It was fantastic for the first year of stock take but this year managed half then switched off... tried to charge but no light or charge going so we have had to buy a new one... stock take is going to be very expensive if we have to buy a new scanner every 2 years!

A Easy to setup Driver free scanner.Whewn it arrives there are some barcodes to set the scanner up but to a first time user some of the info is straight forward by its barcode title , but other settings the barcode settings are like another language unless you have someone who can assist.Apart from that the scanner is well built & Reliable & plug & play.Would be great if the lead could be unpluged from unit for repacking if desired but both desktop & this hand held barcode scanner plug in neatly but are permanent unless you open the unit, which would invalidate garanteea great well built & designed tool otherwise

Prompt delivery and it does exactly what it says on the box!

Ordered in April this year, it has worked fine until now. The light is red and it is not scanning anything even though it is plugged in and on Charge..I’m not sure what to do if this means it has broken or if I just need to leave it on charge? Product now no longer available to re-purchase

Used to scan. Didn’t work well

1) A stand would be great of sold as extras.2) Digital barcodes are must. Not present with purchase. Barcodes Printed paper not good.3) USB C for connectivity needed.4) Bluetooth Conncting Device should be accommodate in the Scanner to keep it safe. Now easy to misplace.5) cannot scan any barcodes (QR Codes Ok) on Excel sheet on My laptop.

Quick easy and value for money.Plug and play and does what it says, had to asset a load of IT equipment and this read the barcodes easily, made a job which would have took hours take minutes.Haven’t tested on many types of code, but hopefully it will read them.
