So comfy and effective!
These disposable period underwear are as good as it gets as far as protection and comfort go. To me, they almost feel like wearing regular underwear with a thin maxi pad, but the best part is that you get full coverage without the risk of leaking. I generally use tampons plus a thin pad as backup on heavier days, but tried these for overnight and liked them so much I used for daytime as well, and they worked exactly as advertised. They’re ideal for medium to heavy flow, and not needed for lighter days unless it’s preferred. The material is very soft, they aren’t bulky at all, and can easily and comfortably be worn under clothing without an issue. I like that the sizing is very flexible too since they expand to fit just right. I will still use tampons occasionally like when working out, swimming, traveling, at the spa/massage, but these period underwear are ideal for everyday use on medium/heavy days and overnight. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Soft , no weird smell , and comfy
If you have heavy periods buy these ! They are amazing quality, super soft , comfy , and NO LEAKS !! they are a bit expensive but they are worth it . I have horrible periods and these will now be a non negotiable need . I used to buy the always version of these but they smell horrible and they feel like plastic and these don't have those problems at all . Get them , you won't be disappointed!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Switched from Always to These — So Much Better
I switched from Always disposable underwear to these because they’re made with 100% cotton, and I’m so glad I did. The difference in comfort is noticeable right away. These feel much softer, more breathable, and far less irritating. They fit well, stay in place, and don’t feel bulky. I also love that they don’t have that strong chemical smell that some other brands have. My skin feels healthier and more comfortable, especially during longer wear. Overall, this was a great switch for me. If you’re looking for a disposable underwear option that’s gentler and made with cotton, I highly recommend these.

Perfect for Postpartum Care
As someone with sensitive skin who gets rashes from all the usual period products, I have to search for cotton and/or organic products. I purchased these to wear after giving birth as the hospital provided pads give me an itchy rash. These disposable underwear were perfect. -I wore them by themselves or sometimes with witch hazel pads inside. They worked great. I didn’t have any leaks and everything remained contained. Just to note, I didn’t have very heavy bleeding. -The only time these got damp and weren’t comfortable is if I used witch hazel foam. I think it was a bit too wet as the interior surface of the underwear never got dry. -They were very comfortable. They seemed bulky but weren’t any more noticeable under clothing than regular underwear. They made no sound while moving. -I didn’t experience any allergic reactions or discomfort even after wearing for 24 hours. -It was much nicer using disposable underwear postpartum rather than pads since it has more coverage, and I didn’t have to worry about shifting pads or ruining underwear from leaks.

THE BEST DISPOSABLE UNDIES!!!!
Get them!! They’re so comfy and soft, not tight or loose fitting + 100% leak proof. Feels great, lasts about 8-9 hours (of course that’s varying with flows). Pricing is fair. I am in love

Work as Advertised
I have an incredibly heavy period due to a fibroid. I have moved to using diapers since the thick Maxi overnights w/wings no longer prevented me from having REALLY bad accidents, even during the day, and within a short amount of time, i.e. minutes after putting it on. I started with Always Discreet Sensitive due to the reviews. While they were surprisingly "discreet" underneath my pants, I found that they either rode up or moved just out of place enough to where I could easily leak through them--and I did. They also aren't made of cotton, so they did start to irritate my sensitive areas after more than one day of wearing these (I did change them throughout the day, but the material was still irritating). It also took a minute for them to gel so I wouldn't feel wet, although I did like the fact there was a geling action. However, I was bothered by fit and having to be careful how I sat and laid in them. I often leaked through while sitting only minutes into a new diaper b/c of how they fit. I happened to buy the Raels and Discreets around the same time to test out which was better, though the Raels arrived later. Bar none, the Raels are better! First off, they're organic cotton, which I have found less irritating. Next, and most importantly, they fit like a glove! I can't tell the difference between wearing underwear and wearing these. They don't ride up at all. However, I was nervous wearing them to bed since they seemed thinner than the discreets. I then was doubly nervous when I woke up feeling wet. However, upon getting up, I saw no evidence of an accident. Everything stayed within the diaper. Additionally, as advertised, I could comfortably sleep in whatever position and move about my person without fear of accidentally leaking through. These diapers do take a lot longer to dry since they're cotton and I have to be careful when taking these off since I can get my own menses on my legs from these, but I learned to rip the sides apart--which each side has lines to indicate where to tear-- and to take these off while sitting on the commode instead of while standing. On that note, I have never had issue with the sides tearing while wearing these. I have bought many packages of these at this point, so I'm guessing there might be a sizing issue involved with those who have the sides rip on them. I will note that I actually have to put in a bit of effort to tear, but not in a way that I struggle, as I find happens with my Rx containers at times. I guess it is a "comfortable" tear. Pros: -Durable -Comfortable fit; I wear a small, but the s/m didn't feel loose on me like my medium underwear does. These felt secure and I can do stretches without fear of leaking through -Cute look -Sides tear off for ease of disposability Cons (why I knocked down a star): -Price: UPDATE (May 29th, 2024): These are indeed sold at Target, but only through Target shipping. Pricing is comparable. As for brand comparisons, these are organic so naturally they're going to cost more than non-organic brands. However, that price jump is felt a bit more than when I buy my organic vs regular pads. While I find myself doing substantially less laundry when I wear these (so there is cost savings w/my water bill and personal time and energy--I'm anemic so the less I have to do the better), I do find myself strategizing the use of these more than I'd like. If I weren't on a limited income, I might not be as bothered. -Packaging Material: Cora and Natracare sell their pads in cardboard boxes. Natracare also wraps their pantiliners in biodegradable material. It would be great if Rael were upfront somewhere on their packaging about the packaging material used. I did find on their website that the container is recyclable plastic. From inquring at my local recycling site, I know that it is the type of plastic that would go with grocery bags (if it stretches instead of ripping, it is indeed recyclable). I'm assuming the same for each individually wrapped diaper. It would be great if they sold them in boxes and wrapped each individual diaper in paper in order to lower the use of plastic. Neutral: -Tote-ability: Unless they are literally your only option, these are not reasonable for travel, namely because you HAVE TO TAKE OFF YOUR PANTS each time you change them. However, I'm not aware of an adult diaper that you can put on without taking off your pants, so I'm not going to list this as a negative. I hope Rael takes this idea into consideration, though! I'm a bit surprised adult diapers aren't like baby's diapers, i.e. constructable at the sides. I plan to write to the company about this. Hopefully, others will, too! Full Disclosure: These aren't oversaturatable-proof: I did go through one of the diapers recently, but it was my first time only. I'm not sure if it was when I was doing all sorts of wacky stretches/yoga moves (e.g. lying on my back with my legs hanging over my upperbody) or when I suddenly had a heavy leak and then sat down in a funny position (I have a weird chair situation at the moment) where there is less padding in the diaper. These do only hold so much. I can usually tell when I need to change each diaper, though. And, again, they work 100% better than the Discreets, so I'm not going to a different diaper brand anytime soon. I like the newfound freedom of movement that these diapers offer.

MUST HAVE POSTPARTUM
These are so freaking comfortable. They are super soft and super absorbent. So much easier than dealing with giant pads. Definitely a must have for postpartum recovery.

No leaks!
I wear these the first couple days of my cycle and they do not leak! I love the cotton cover because I have very sensitive skin and it is a must for menstrual products. They're pretty discrete, too! They're not too thick and bulky where they're obvious. I was originally a L/XL and the sizing was great--they're stretchy and comfortable. Now I'm a S/M and they're still stretchy and comfortable! Overall these are a super effective menstrual solution.

This is Literally the best postpartum underwear I’ve tried and I’ve tried so many, so soft and comfortable and didn’t irritate my skin at all, 100% recommend

These Rael disposable underwear are incredibly comfortable and soft, thanks to the organic cotton cover. They provide excellent maximum coverage and feel very secure without being bulky. Perfect for postpartum recovery or light incontinence needs. I love that they’re unscented and gentle on sensitive skin. The L–XL size fits well, and the quality is far better than other disposable options I’ve tried. Highly recommend for comfort and peace of mind!

Unfortunately it still leaked throughout the night. I wouldn’t recommend for heavy periods (I have normal periods btw heavy on day one and two then tapering off) but I used this on day 2 for about 7 hours and it leaked. I would say it’s decent for day 3+ periods to keep on all day and handy for not soiling your underwear and also feels fresher. It’s not bulky, doesn’t irritate the skin but for heavy periods you’ll have to either double up or get another brand that absorbs better. Glad I tried it though

I was on the fence when deciding whether to purchase this. On the Rael website, the reviews for this product were pretty good, with the main complaint being sizing. I'm glad I decided to give the product a try. Backstory: started experiencing skin discomfort with menstrual pad wings (of a well known brand) against my skin, but for overnight, based on my flow on nights 1 & 2, I need some side coverage that wings provide. In doing a little searching, I came across this product. The idea of a diaper style initially made me giggle, but as I looked into it further, I was intrigued by the construction. I liked that the coverage up the front and back went right up - lots of coverage. I wasn't completely sold that there wouldn't be any side leakage. Sizing only comes in S-M and L-XL. The main complaint is that the leg opening is tight for some. Product Design: Where the waistband sits, I'm 32" and top of thigh is 20". The S-M size fits like a glove, and I have no issues with the product ripping as I'm pulling it up. The material is incredible soft and it didn't take long to forget I was wearing it. The first time wearing it, I admit to checking often to ensure no side leakage. In my testing of how much it can hold, it has crept really close, but somehow the design of the sides hasn't caused any leakage. This is amazing because with the overnight pads I have used in the past, sometimes there would be minor side leakage. Compared to the popular brand, this product definitely holds a lot, and I still feel dry, however, unlike the popular brand the way the blood is absorbed is different in that with Rael, the colour of the blood looks more like blood (brighter red). For me, this is not an issue. This is just something I noticed. I also noticed that with this product, there's zero menstrual odor. And where I have had to change my overnight pad (popular brand) once or sometimes twice throughout the night, with this product I may only need to change it once (depending on flow). But last night I decided to chance it and I didn't have any leaks. Wonderful! Removing the product is simple as per the instructions. Disposal is unfussy. This is my second cycle using this product and I'm very happy with it. It does cost more to use, but if I only need 1 or 2 per night, and only on my heavy nights, a package of 10 can last me 4-5 cycles. I do feel it's hygenically better for me as there is no skin irritation (from the wings), and I don't get sweaty down there with this product (probably because it's organic cotton). I highly recommend this overnight product.
