It's sand!

Sand fleas/creatures?!
Thought this sand looked great, but two days after use in a new and clean sand pit later and its full of these tiny jumping insects? And I mean FULL. Appears to be some kind of sand flea? Little bit worried as purchased for my toddler, two bags still unopened... HELP!
