This electric knife is great for slicing meat, even from bone-in ham or turkey, which can be challenging to carve. We have used it for a year now and it has held up well. It has a safety feature that requires pressing an extra button while operating the blades. That’s a good thing but tiring for your hand. Overall very pleased with the knife and definitely recommend it.

works good, wife has RA and holding a straight type electric knife was too much for her. This works well and cuts good, she is satisfied.

Very easy to use and control Husband has a bad wrist and designs with buttons on the underside were difficult to use. Besides the fact they got very slippery and greasy. Your controls on the top makes those issues mute! Blades are sharp and marked with an m for Meat and a b for Bread to take the ? Out of which to use. Wish you made a cordless…..we would be first in line.

The knife works as intended BUT, I have a complaint and a suggestion. My complaint is that the serving fork is absolutely worthless and production waste they use to make you want the kit. It is so flimsy it started bending and warping while carving a turkey. It is just trash and is unusable to the degree that I'm mad they include it as it is simply a wasteful use of materials. The suggestion is that they make the handle in a way that it has texture to make it not slippery while using (and is still really cleanable) . Carving a turkey is a messy endeavor your hands get slippery and thus the knife, as any electric knife would, becomes dangerous and less effective when it's slippery.

The knife was great looking, but it didn’t fit my wife’s arthritic hands. We took it out of the box and as soon as she tried to hold it, we knee it would not work. It looks very well made and sturdy built. If you don’t have physical problems I would give it a try. Right now it’s headed for Amazon returns. Sorry!

Great value for a very needed product.

I have arthritis in my right hand and this one vibrated so strongly I couldn’t use it. Was returned. Otherwise it worked fine and was a good piece of equipment.

Very smart handle design. Safer to use and keeps fingers away from the blades and the heat of the motor unit. Also makes carving much easier to manage by the way the unit can be manouvered more easily. Not to go unnoticed: the little resting 'pontoons' on the bottom of the unit. The whole unit rests solidly and flat when you need to out it down for a bit.

Easy use and it must be in kitchen it is very helpful for fine cutting of Meat, Turkey 🦃 etc..
