Beware!!! Twice Sensor issue!! They loot you after warranty!!!
I bought Ecovacs Deebot N8+ model in 10 month itself it's sensor stopped working luckily the robot was under warranty, but again after additional 5months again sensor stopped working but now my deebot is not under warranty. So just to change a set of sensor they charging Rs1990 + Rs900 visiting charges. When I checked online the sensor cost in range of Rs500 - Rs900. They looting by charging double & plus visiting charges. I won't recommend anyone I accept that the machine is good in vacuuming the dust but not good for mopping but after warranty they will loot as their sensor are cheap quality so it gets damaged as I faced sensor issue twice!! Beware don't buy won't recommend.

Deebot being a robot has its issue. But head of technical team, instead of accepting there are issues, insulted and blamed inefficiency to use, after 1 year of use
