All Birds Have Anxiety. High quality reproduced images. The birds are so funny and some are really cute. I especially love the Snowy Owl on the cover. The book is interesting, accurate, educational and ends on a positive note.

This book is such a great tool for teaching. The author makes good use of all types of birds to talk about the different reactions that anxiety can bring out in people. I actually learned some things that I didn't realize were actually possible symptoms of having anxiety. This book would be a great tool to use to teach children about anxiety.
