UPDATE 2: Received my replacement yesterday and its perfect ! I wore it all morning after a long night of moving boxes, it cooled me down and helped with some neck pain in addition. AMAZING ! UPDATE: The owner of the company (Product) reached out to me via Amazon some time ago asking to contact him regarding the below. Life got busy and I reached out to him today and he really went out of his way to ensure that I received this product less any defect and I got an email indicating one is on the way. In this day and time, I am so happy that he took the time to write to me and make good on his product and my purchase. Thanks so much ! I was so excited to receive this nano-ice cooling necklace as I was told by a friend who went through menopause it was helpful. I had high hopes for this, received it in timely fashion put it on to try it out without it being cold and thought , wow it already feels nice. So I placed for 24 hours in freezer, as suggested and took it out today, put it on, felt wonderful UNTIL, droplets started to come onto my clothes. Apparently one of the balls(spheres) is leaking. Will return it and hope for another.

I hate to be hot! These really help me cool down whether it's the air temperature or hot flashes, they work really well. I have just started using it and am pleased with its effectiveness. Update: I still love it but now I love it more! I realized that it would be more effective if the large beads were on the back of my neck. So I bought a long light weight scarf and sewed up the long sides to make it a tube. The necklace fits in the tube and stays put on my neck when I tie a knot in the scarf.

I love the stylishness. I love how the necklace is actually lighter than I expected. I feel like the balls stay cold for longer than all of the other gadgets I have tried. In a perfect world, this would stay cold for 10 hours but I have yet to find anything that does that. This necklace is by far the best option I have tried and want to buy another one! Too bad there isn’t a wireless battery charger that could keep this thing cold 10 hours!!

This is just golf ball put inside some crappy polyester fabric… It doesn’t stay cold for very long at all and he feels kind of junky

As someone who has MS and battles overheating which is a REAL problem for myself, this little gem is a godsend!!!! Whether working out or just being outside in the hot, humid Oklahoma weather during Summer, this necklace has proven it's worth in just one use!! I chilled it overnight in the bag it came in and it relieved my post workout heat almost instantly and is still COLD at least 30 minutes afterwards!! Granted I was indoors in the AC during this time. I'll be interested to see how well it holds it's cooling feeling while walking outside on a hot day. It's also not that heavy to wear around my neck like I thought it would be. Perfect item for anyone who suffers heat related issues or anyone wanting to stay cool in the heat outdoors. The only downside to it is the cost. It is a bit pricey for what it seems it's made out of. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product.

Although the premise is great, in actuality I find a few problems. For starters it is quite heavy. Second, they truly don't stay cold for very long regardless of how many times they've been frozen. Lastly, your clothes get quite wet.

This cools great, but only in your own living room, because the cooling balls are so big, they just can't pass as a scarf or necklace.
