There is nothing at all wrong with this unit from a build perspective, it is solid, well built, smooth moving and silent. Installation is relatively simple, assuming you measure correctly and take into account ALL things that my impinge on the install. There is little to no wobble, and it holds a lot of heavy items.What I take issue with is the compromise on function by having it not FULLY extend. To be fair, this is not hidden, but well, you just forget to check when you are ordering dozens of these units for a full house reno; and WHY you would NOT have it fully extend is, just dumb, IMO, and significantly decreases its usefulness and functionality.
