It have a defect in freezer. No exchange or repair service for that. I called lg service center and amazon both are redirecting to another. So worst experience ever by Amazon and worsted experience with LG

Highly Bad LG Store Experience
I purchased this LG Refrigerator on 7th July, 2021 from Electromart [Indirapuram] but actually i was selecting a LG 215 Ltr with 10 years compressor one as LG store people have kept 10 years compressor label over this non 10 years compressor refrigerator. and even on my asking they were saying YES on everything. LG Store Indirapuram people are highly manner less and unprofessional people who do not have any information about LG products. This product is really Nice and not bad at all but point is how LG Store people cheat.I suggest Only to Buy from E-Commerce sites.
