Best sound bar I've ever had and the sound quality is amazing when complimented with the Denon subwoofer and surround sound speakers. Easy to mange all the settings on the app as well. The bluetooth when connected to my phone does have a video to audio delay tho, other than that, great so far 3 years of usage.

This was a replacement Soundbar for one I had for a few years. Excellent customer service and fast shipment. Easy setup with the HEOS App as I already had surrounds and sub on the network. Did a software update that took a long time and had a flashing blue light after a flashing amber light. I thought it was stuck in a loop and did some online research to see what was going on. I think it was operating normal as eventually it was up and runningwith a solid blue light. Sound is fantastic and the smaller size from my previous one is a bonus. I have not tried using the remote as all settings and controls are in the HEOS App.

When I first got it, I was expecting better from this sound bar…and then things changed. Warming up the speakers in this soundbar is key. While they do not preform the most earth shattering surround sound, it does still have pretty respectable representation. It does do ATMOS and DTS:X. So it will surprise you from time to time just how immersive this little bar can be. Music wise, this sound bar has been no slouch either. The bass is just enough to be powerful but natural, and the sound is clear and crisp. This is where I was struggling at first. It did sound muddy when I first got it. But the longer it played, the sharper the sound was. And just to make sure that I wasn’t just hearing things, I did compare it to my Audeze Maxwells. Happy to report that it was not just my ears wanting it to sound good and thus making it do so. This sound bar is very competent for its size. Denon has rarely let me down with their audio products. This is no exception. Good purchase, especially for the price I paid. If you happen to see this go on sale, get it. It’s worth it. And the updates this thing gets also only improve the function. Obviously, if you want even more base, because of the platform it’s on, you can easily add a subwoofer for that extra punchy and rumbly bass. And if you want even more immersion, add a couple of bookstand speakers and you’ll have a very well to do surround set up indeed. But if you need a space saving speaker that can do it ALL, this soundbar is a very good option indeed.

This item was a “Like new” product but I really believe that it was brand new. The box was sealed. The battery in the remote control still had the plastic seal. The unit itself seemed sealed from the manufacturer. This is the second soundbar from Denon. The first one got flooded from the hurricane. I have it connected with two 350 speakers and the subwoofer from Denon. I am happy with it. The quality of the unit and sound is great to me but every body has different ears so it may sound differently to somebody else. The soundbar is great by itself but with the sub sounds even better. It works well as a surround system. It takes a minute to get used to the app but anybody can figure that out. I really enjoy it and I saved a lot of money by buying the speakers refurbished directly from Denon and the “Like new” soundbar from Amazon. I recommend this soundbar and this seller on Amazon.

This soundbar is devastating, unless you really want deep low end you don’t need sub. I’m in a apt these days, got bar and was floored with quality/bass response. Accuracy of range/tonal response is admirable. Then found pair of 150 as surrounds on sale also after Christmas. Setup was quick, painless and straightforward and worked as advertised. Have control of levels as well as crossover Freq of surrounds. The clarity left my old $140 Vizio soundbar in the dust. Of course all said and done I’ve got almost $700 in this front/rears system and it’s worth every cent. 550 bar as front, pair of 150 as surrounds.

Is the hardware good? Who knows, because they've continually broken features for almost a year now with the HEOS app-oriented design. Remote that comes out of the box? Doesn't work. Bluetooth? No longer works. Aux support? Nope, not through the HEOS app, so it no longer works. I wasn't able to get this thing to connect to a single device in my entire house, the HEOS app is absolute garbage both in the limited options it presents you with and the percentage of those that are even halfway functional.

We love this soundbar. It has amazing sound quality and has really enhanced our TV viewing experience in our small 25' Class C motorhome that we live in full time.

Primero, el producto es muy bueno, me sorprendió la facilidad de uso, en dos pasos ya estaba funcionando, el diseño es hermoso y de calidad, el sonido también es muy bueno sobre todo para películas, se puede manejar con su propio control remoto o desde el celular, tiene alexa y bueno, Denon es una gran marca, aunque no incluye un subwoofer externo, los grabes se escuchan bastante bien, la conectividad es interesante pues se puede usar hdmi, fibra óptica (toslink), o hasta conexión auxiliar por Philips de 3.5" , desde la app se pueden manejar desde amazon music hasta tu propia música del celular o de una memoria usb, y con la compatibilidad de HEOS se pueden conectar varias bocinas sincronizadas (inclusive como surround), de la serie Denon home, obviamente también incluye bluetooth. Magnífico producto
