Good motivation show, my boyfriend watched it and then hit the gym everyday for the weeks following

It was amazing !! Very motivating and great to here there individual stories . I have watched it several times and share the stories with friends .I'm a big fan of this movie 👍🏼💪

This would have been great if they shared their diet and workouts and recovery. But I guess then they couldnt push the junk for sale on the market. FYI I ran a GNC store and every gimmick is just sugar and/or caffeine. I dont care what they say, its all a gimmick. Thats why the FDA doesnt approve any of it. Also if a product says "proprietary blend" then stay away from it as you then know its junk that they wont even tell you how much of the ingredients they put in it.

If you need motivation to stay in shape or get in shape, this video is for you.

I expected more of a training video, not so much a kumbaya about the challenges in their life. It was interesting however to see their daily struggles and different insights.

The focus of this documentary is the IFBB Pro Men's Physique Olympian competitors. This class is distinct from the traditional Mr. Olympia in that muscular symmetry, balance and definition are rewarded. The physique competitors are smaller than the bloated waist, massive Olympians, and often make money though supplement endorsements and modeling.These pros are built more like the early days of competitive bodybuilding, only with much more definition. While not as big as Mr Olympia winners, they are generally in better condition all year, so it requires a discipline in eating and training.Competitors can't rely on contest winnings for living expenses, so they pitch supplements and model to survive. It doesn't go into the dark sides of this life which would be more interesting, and give the doc more depth.
