I’ve been taking these vitamins for approx 18 months and they work wonders! I’m no longer struggling with bloating and I can notice the difference if I forget to take them for a few days. They are pricey but, it’s worth the compromise for a healthy belly ⭐️🙌

I suffer from IBS and I tried many products. This one seems helping a little bit to keep my tummy issues under control. I started taking it after I had a tummy bug to help me restore the bacteria balance in my gut and I must say it helped. This combined with a healthy diet can help improve symptoms. I just bought it again to go for another month.

This is a good product but I since realised there are other products out there with a higher bacteria and CFU count so I only used it once.

I started on these and felt pretty bloated for a couple of days so decided to stop. A week later I came back to them as I had noticed a significant change after just two days of taking them. I now take them every day with no bloating and I can’t believe the difference they have made. I feel so much healthier and reassured after taking these and will continue to do so.

They seem to work but they are not as effective as the Gaeden of life Probiotics
