Every time I went cross country skiing, my ski boots would give me a blister on the heel. I tried numerous fixes, and this seems to be the best thing I have found to prevent it, short of getting new boots. We'll see how long they last, I've gone skiing 2 times with them now, and no blisters! And with a layer a knee high tight sock over them, they seem to be staying in place ok. I was concerned they would shift. So for about $32, it was less expensive fix. Hope they hold up. Kind of wish that they were tighter, knee high, and covered my toes completely...but glad they haven't seemed to shift in my boot.
