This is by far the best phone case I've ever bought. Im6not 100% sure about how waterproof it is but it's definitely splash proof and tough as nails.

This is a strong, sturdy case made of fairly thick aluminum and silicone rubber, and is screwed together. I'm very pleased with the build quality and the incorporated tempered glass cover. It all fits the phone very well.I'm only giving it a 4/5 because my phone now weighs 13.6 ounces, which is almost a pound. This is a very heavy case compared to something like an Otterbox, which was not yet available for this phone from what I could find.Unfortunately, the case front has LOVE MEI depression stamped on the front, as does the strap provided. I think at first glance it looks like it says "LOVE ME!", which I do not care for because it's a little creepy for my tastes. The printing is faint enough on the case to not stand out, but the strap I will just throw away due to this text printed on it.That aside, I wanted a heavy duty case that could handle being dropped all the time, and this appears to me to be just that.

The only cases I now buy. I have dropped my phones numerous times, got them wet, banged them around and generally mistreated my phones and this case lets them remain new looking after 3 years entombed in that metal clamshell case.
