Very pleased with the results I got.For beginners:You do need to use mug blanks with a special coating to receive sublimation ink, heat transfer paper, heat resistant tape to hold your artwork in place, and of course the sublimation ink. If you're planning on printing the artwork, you'll need to get a printer you can dedicate to sublimation ink, with refillable ink tanks if possible. Remember your design on paper needs to be reversed (kind of a challenge if you're just using sublimation markers to draw your design). Properly heated, the design ink becomes part of the mug so it won't wash off or chip. It may fade in a dishwasher, but I haven't had that problem yet.This mug press is practically fail-proof. The only time I had a problem with the result was when I skimped a little on taping, so one corner wasn't completely transferred. I've been able to do mugs repeatedly with great results every time. Perfect heat setting control, perfect timing, very easy to use, and the results look professional.

Easy to use, does a really good job! Wouldn’t recommend doing anything bigger than a 15oz coffee mug.

Great product for transferring ink onto mugs or glasses, but it gets hot all the way around the unit. So it needs to be used on a surface that cannot be easily marred by heat. Other than that it is a great unit and a lot of fun.

My wife absolutely loves this cup press. It does a great job.

Bought this to fo sublimation and HTC on cups. Used it several V times, and it works great. I probably CV would have bought a different heat press with different inserts that would have allowed me to use for multiple types of applications, but I am happy we with this. The cricut equipment are good value for the dollar.

I am very pleased with this product. The mugs came out perfect the first time I did them! I ordered the press plus extra mugs, used them all and now I am thinking I need to buy a case of them! Really had fun doing these.

The picture on the mug is not very clear, but I guess I can live with that!
