Works great for what I needed. I wanted a knife to cut bacon, brisket, and samgyupsal. It is good sharp and nice and thin and long for cutting thin slices. I'm able to slice back by hand and get decently even and thin slices without the need for a large slicer.

Gave this to daughter for thanksgiving it did a great job carving the turkey.

Was concerned about buying this product because of the cost but it turned out to be extremely sharp and very easy to use. The only problem is the sheath that it comes in . this was not very well designed as you could possibly cut yourself.

This did the job. It is sharp. Sliced a through a brisket with no problem.

I use this for briskets, meats, sausage, and French bread without destroying it. To me, it was worth the price and buying. Be careful because it is sharp.

This nice is amazing value for the cost. As good as knives that are far more expensive! Super sharp and the knife protector works great. Plenty long enough to slice thru a brisket. Everything about it is well built.

Holey moley, this thang is huge!! Don't get me wrong, as it is a good knife. However, we simply had no idea that it was soooo looong! We have to store it on a pantry shelf, as none of our kitchen drawers can accommodate it. Definitely a man's tool. LAC

This knife works perfectly and it very sharp. Only one I could find that comes with a proper knife guard to protect both the blade and my hands.
