One Hot Juice To Rule The World!!!
I'm just now purchasing my 7th bottle of Naples Drizzle. I spent a lifetime shaking out (often stale) Red Pepper Flakes until I saw Naples Drizzle on Amazon. If I told you its had a tangible positive impact on my life as a "Foodie" would you find that believable (in this age of shameless horsepoop)? Well, start believin' because "The Drizzle" is just such a product (if you're a Spice Hound like me). Because its part solid/part liquid (the oil), I immediately found myself using it on more foods than pepper flakes. Its a sauce so you think of it as a sauce and you'll find yourself embedding it in your meals rather than just topping your "This Needs Heat" foods (though I often do both). The flavor is outstanding - its not "just" heat. You may discover that the heat is formidable when using your FIRST BOTTLE but soon you'll acclimate and you'll enjoy it more and more. Take it easy in the beginning. Pour it on your plate next to the food until you're sure but don't get me wrong - THIS IS NOT MACHO HEAT. Naples Drizzle adds flavor and heat. I keep this AND the Asian version right next to my stove. You can add it to something like Ranch dressing and create a smooth, delicious condiment for many foods. VALUE? Yes, I wish it were about 30% less expensive but that's because I'm kinda poor, NOT BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY - it is. We all have little things in our kitchen that make life just a little better. For me, Naples Drizzle is one of those (now indispensable) things. Sometimes the best way to assess something's value/worth is to imagine it suddenly, inexplicably gone. I may not sob uncontrollably but surely a tear would run slowly down my cheek for its loss. I'm a real person. Chris Traynor. I have no affiliation with Naples Drizzle or any food company and this is, honestly, the 7th bottle I've purchased. If you order it, I genuinely hope it makes your life drizzle with good heat.

Excellent pantry necessity
Yes, you can make it yourself but its already done for you. Excellent quality ingredients. I keep it next to the stove. Brings out flavors of any foods. And, if you want a zip to your foods you simply use more. Buy 2, give 1 bottle away to a food lover friend. Good price. Enjoy!

It’s hot with flavor
When I first purchased the Naples Drizzle Hot Oil, I was not sure what to expect. My first thought was maybe it’ll be too mild, kind of whimpy. Then I also thought it might be way to hot (for my taste). Possibly blowing up the scovil scale, which is used to test the heat of the world’s variety of hot peppers. Too hot and I know I wouldn’t like it. Now I’m honestly glad that I purchased two bottles. The first bottle is currently hovering on E(mpty). My first usage was with a Western Omelette. Prior to discovering the Naples Drizzle, I would apply more than several drops of Tabasco sauce as a heat source. The Naples Drizzle adds more than enough heat with less than six drops. Sadly my bottle of Tabasco has become jealous since I no longer use it for my omelettes. I have also used the oil on pizza and on Italian Sub Sandwiches (Genoa Salami, Soprassata, Ham, Provolone cheese - with oil and vinegar as a dressing). If you wanna “Kick it up a Notch” I highly recommend this item!!!! Oh by the way it’s great with pasta too!

Delicious!
Finally opened this today for homemade pizza and it's excellent! Just the right amount of flavor/heat, not too spicy, good starter hot pepper oil to compliment pizza, pasta, etc.

Spicy and Yummy
This is what they used in Europe on their pizza. Spicy oil tastes great!

Amazing oil with some heat
I’m a hot sauce guy and love all levels of heat. More important to me is taste though. I don’t eat the sauce just for the burn. When I saw this drizzle, I immediately wanted to try it. I’ve never had anything like it. It’s a really nice oil and the heat is a good mild level. Taste is wonderful. My favorite way to use it is on pastas, both hot and cold. I also use it to cook too. It’s makes a great crostini. I use it to sauté onions and mushrooms and it’s wonderful to oil a skillet when making omelets. It’s so versatile and tastes amazing on everything.

FAV on a good cheese pizza
I use on everything! My new (and better) Sirracha sauce!!! FAV on a good cheese pizza! Hey Cheryl ~ First off, I just got my 4th and 5th bottles of your Italian Hot Sauce. I can almost drink that stuff! Unfortunately I am eating more pizza and and putting it on anything I can think of… oatmeal might be next! HA! I ordered a Chipotle version when you were out of the Italian for my 2nd order & it was pretty good but I like the Italian best ~ Let me just say that it is a GREAT topping and popcorn might be in my future this weekend!!! I will be blaming you and this darn sauce for any weight gain ;-). Like in Italy, it should be on every table ~ Thanks for offering —- I am not connected to social media but I will keep talking you up and serving it at dinner ++++ Best Regards ~ B Jones

More heat than flavor
I didn't know that Italian chili oil was a thing until a recent visit to Europe. Although we didn't visit Italy (yet), many restaurants in Ireland and England are owned by Italian ex-pats. Every one of them had chili oil on the table, and boy did it kick up the flavor! I purchased a different brand to use at home and was very happy with it. I tried this brand just to see if I liked it better. Unfortunately, I found this brand to be too spicy for my tastes (though I tend to like a good deal of heat), and I don't really taste any flavor other than "hot." It is possible that others who like a lot of heat may enjoy this, but I prefer a brand that has a better balance of heat and flavor.
