My second order of this product. I feel good when I take it and plan to stay on it. I was on a statin drug for years and decided to go off of it. So far, my bloodwork is showing my cholesterol levels are just as good as they were when I was taking the drug with many side effects! I would like to add that, after over one month of being on Cardia 7, I just had my blood pressure tested and the results were fantastic at 117/61. Additionally, my heart rate was 71. I'm really thinking the Cardia 7 has contributed to these awesome numbers!

Read about Omega 7 and Harvard Medical School study of it lowering Cholesterol and decided to try as Dr. threatening to raise my statin dosage.. Took for only a month before my blood test and my over all cholesterol was lower , my good cholesterol higherand my triglycerides went down 15 points! Particularly encouraging as I had many functions to go to and my eating habits were not great. I take it at night with my statin a nigh when cholesterol produced. Hopefully long term usage (next blood work in March) will show continued results.

Have noticed some weight loss (5 pounds) after adding Omega 7 pills to my regular vitamins for three months. I have two concerns about the pills, which is why I downgraded the stars from five to four stars. (1) I'm not quite sure where the omega is coming from - macadamia nuts? - the label and information is not really clear about the source. (2) One of the three bottles I have purchased had pills that are heart shaped rather than oval. The hearts look nice, but are "fat" and when I try to swallow them they get stuck in my throat and I cannot swallow them. The coating gets sticky and they can - and have - stuck in my esophagus for several minutes. Very scary. The hearts are also exactly the right size for a child to swallow and choke on. I can manage the oval shaped ones but am throwing away the heart shaped ones. So, I need to know what shape the pills are - I will buy the oval ones again, but not the heart shaped ones. I took the original product and was very pleased with it. I just did not want to be obligated to purchase it once a month as I took it every other day. I take Plavix because I had a heart stent in 2010 and am allergic to aspirin so the doc said I had to stay on Plavix from now on. I started taking Cardia 7 one day and Plavix the other day. I was very happy with how I felt and really liked the old version of Cardia 7. I was going to order more when I saw it on Amazon so ordered thru them. Did notice the change and hope it will be as good as the original one. Never tasted, nor smell fish or burp-back with the old version of it. Thank you Les Proctor for putting up with me. Loved the product and felt much better taking it.

I used this product on a whim for a month after having been on high quality fish oil supplements/flax, etc. for years. I saw a noticeable improvement in the reduction of inflammation in my skin even while still on the fish oil - it really works! I can only imagine the great internal effects it is having for me as well! I will definitely be buying more!

This is a fantastic product recommended by Dr. Oz. The vendor's price and service were excellent. My labs have greatly improved since I started using Omega-7 and this brand is the one with the research and clinical research to support it. I continue to buy this product and everything I have said before still applies.

This product is everything as advertised. Because of it's type, it is difficult to determine benefits. I started this product before any blood work so I have no post comparison. I do like the no burp back or after taste aspect. Only been using a month and nature takes time.

I like the product and feel it is effective in lowering cholesterol levels, but I ended up throwing my most recent bottle of Cardia away because all the gel tabs were stuck together and when I attempted to pull them apart to use them, the gel tabs burst open spilling oil everywhere. I will continue using the product m, but will purchase it from a different seller.
