I was worried about the taste when purchasing this tea, but I absolutely love the taste. Tastes like green tea and the tea you get at a Asian restaurant combined. Very good tasting and no need for sweeteners at all. It does curb the appetite a bit, yes. Not too strong and smells great. I definitely recommend. Comes in easy to use pouches verses loose tea. My daughter and her auntie loves this when they tried it as well. 5 stars.

Delicious and I feel more energetic!

SO I JUST TRIEDYERBA MATE FOR THE FIRST TIME. I am a coffee nut i love love coffee. However coffee doesn’t love me. I have yet to find an alternative until now. Yerba Mate doesnt give me that strong delicious taste of coffee but it does me that soft non herbal tea taste that I love in coffee. This is my wonderful alternative to coffee.

Tea is good but weaker than other Yerba Mate tea's I have had.

I've been drinking Yerba Mate tea for over 25 years. It's wonderful first thing in the morning because it helps me awaken without the harsher, jittery effect of coffee. When my old brand discontinued it's tea bags, I decided to try out ECOTEAS. I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious, was not too strong, and gave me the same gentle wake-up experience! The fact that it is ORGANIC and that we can purchase 100 bags at a time (making it extra affordable) are also big pluses. We drink ours with a little added stevia, but it's great without! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It's a good tea. It has a mild flavor and no bitterness.
