Pinch Grip Hand Strength Training Machine Black

Okay, so I have a lot of gym equipment because I am a gym owner. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten a product that looked better in person than it did in the online photos. In terms of construction, this is a simple, refined piece of equipment. Its lack of unnecessary complexity or pointless attempts at “features” makes this a highly effective training tool. The assembly was incredibly simple, requiring a single wrench. One of the attached photos shows that the nuts are actually welded to the frame, giving you one less point of potential failure or needed maintenance. The achievable load seems to maximally be around 500lbs of resistance if you’re using 100lbs plates. I don’t know many people capable of moving that might weight very far. It targets both the intrinsic muscles in the hand and the flexors in the forearm. Time will tell how much this translates into general grip or pinch strength, but it is a wonderful addition to a strength program.

A very solid and quantity product. Even better is the fact that it is American made and produced in my home state of Kentucky. The setup was super easy and very quick. I am recovering from my 15th surgery on my left arm (old injuries from an IED in Iraq in 2005). I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and I need to get my strength back on my damaged limb. This is the best product to help me do such. Looking forward to making it a part of my daily routine. I highly recommend this product.

I used to work out with something similar about 10 years ago at a gym and hadn’t been able to find one since—until now. This absolutely met and exceeded my expectations! A great bonus is that it easily fits 45 lb plates. One suggestion for a future design would be adding a bit more friction or knurling on the bars for extra grip, but even as-is, it’s an excellent piece of equipment. Thank you!!

I really appreciate this forearm grip device from the owners David and Pam, mines just arrived this past Thursday 9/26/24. It was a very easy set up installing the leg base and I pretty much had to go with a few sets and reps. I must say I’m pretty impressed with this very well detailed handcrafted for our machine device, it has a nice finish, it’s lightweight the forearm muscles. I’m also glad that American made The only Improvement that I would recommend the owners work on is simply putting some sort of plastic cap on the top middle stem bar where the plates go on top of so that it doesn’t just look exposed and have a more complete look. Other than that, great job on manufacturing this simple yet effective forearm machine for a really good price, because it’s really hard finding a good machine to work foearmsr and I don’t like using dumbbells or uncomfortable methods for building forearms!

This is a great device. Seems extremely well made and simple to assemble as they ship it to you 90% assembled as is. Used it for thirty minutes so far and have burned my grip out. Exactly what I wanted. Thanks.

Received product on time with no problems. This thing is way better than I thought it would be! Sometimes you order something and find out it’s kinda cheaply made when you get it but this forearm trainer is top quality. Heavy gauge steal, and wielded very nicely. I am extremely happy I bought from this seller.

I’ve had this for awhile now and it is honestly worth the money. Durable piece of equipment with the bumper plates I use to add weight. Definitely see improvements with my grip/strength on my heavier multi-movement lifts after using this piece of equipment. Treat the equipment with respect and don’t drop cast Iron plates on. I’ve used this daily for almost a year now and it’s durable. Easy putting together and ships pretty quick.
