I have the 5 watch case and love it. I feel like my watches are much better protected than in a watch roll. I have been on a couple business trips already and one vacation and have had no issues with any watches, the case, or zipper. The foam inserts are a little small for larger diameter watches (44mm+), but its easy enough to move them around so nothing is banging into one another.

Watch collectors carry watches. It is what we do. I have aluminum suitcases with compartments for watches, but that carrying system brings too much attention. This hard watch roll is more "under the radar" and can be more easily concealed. The individual foam pillow are not fancy, but they are functional allowing you to load up from 1 to 5 watches. This is the perfect amount for sharing at a watch collector meetup. These kinds of cases that wrap a strap or bracelet around a pillow are the safer way to carry watches compared to the ever-popular watch rolls. Watch rolls can cause a bracelet clasp to rub against a case back making scratches. Not good. Anyway, I like this better than the other cases or rolls that I have tried. You might too. As for traveling, this would work too since the case is semi-rigid. However, you might consider leaving your best watches at home instead of going to exotic places just to get mugged.

Bought this to protect my watches while traveling. Sturdy exterior and nice foam pillows to hold the watches. Carried 5 Automatic watches in my carryon in this during a recent trip to the Bahamas and all survived without a scratch or an issue. The case is a little loose, so I'd suggest adding a microfiber cloth to keep everything in place and provide additional protection to the crystals.

I like these travel cases much better than solid wooden watch boxes. I don't travel with it, I use it to store my very humble Timex watch "collection" in my house.

Ordered this for my husband! It fits 5 watches and slips into out backpack perfectly! Great for traveling!!

I bought it because my watch display was taking up a lot of space. I always was nervous when visitors came to my house, and maybe wanted more than taking a look at them 🙈So this was the perfect solution to keep them out of sight! It is still brand new, so I have to keep it short. Cons: It has a chemical smell, so I had to air it out for a week, and then it was good to go! Pros: It is sturdy, it holds any size watch wristband size as advertised, and the zippers are smooth.
