I love this product. I wanted something to help with cutting the tomatoes from my garden to make into tomato sandwiches for summer lunches. There were lots of choices and I am very happy that I picked this one. It is study and works perfectly. The men in our home have used, and love it too, as it has a sturdy 'feel'. I highly recommend this version over any other that you may be considering.

I use this for many things besides just onions and some other vegetables. I also use it to stab through meat before marinating. Highly recommend this product. But I'm not scared of slicing through the onions sideways while dicing them and cut myself. I was always cautious before but now I don't have to focus on cutting myself.

I have sliced onions and tomatoes with it and I like it. It really helps. It holds well. The only thing is you have to make sure you cut completely through as the bottom of the vegetable is hard to cut through. Makes nice slices.

I felt a little silly purchasing this because I've been cutting onions and tomatoes for years. Maybe not perfectly and always a bit nervously, but I've managed. My hands are starting to shake a bit more these days though and I wanted something that would be less risky. This Stainless Steel Onion Holder works great! Nice I have evenly sliced onions and tomato slices and look forward to using it on zucchini, squash and potatoes as well! Nice product and I don't feel silly anymore! Good product, the tines are actually quite more sturdy than I imagine they would be and the metal ball fixture spins Exquisitely. The length is fine, imo the tines could be longer to allow for a thicker knife to cut the onions, however the current length adds to the sturdiness of the design and creates a comfortable sense of durability. All-in-all I will be recommending this to friends and family!

Bought it for tomatoes and onions and it works great. You make perfect cuts like a deck of cards. Would buy again

The product was returned so I cannot really comment on durability. It was not sturdy more importantly, the slices that one was able to cut were too thick for what I needed.

I like this thing... I think. I’m a little afraid of stabbing myself with it but it seems solid enough.
