Was too small and dint fit my teeth. I got a sheet in the package that I could return in 30 days for money back but no contact info

Bit costly and feels uncomfortable but atleast it helps with teeth grinding issue

Fitting is a nightmare
It is very hard to get a good fit and you can only do limited amounts of refits. Even after 3 tries i couldn’t get my front teeth to align with the upper front teeth/guard. I have to throw it away to avoid other issues caused my improper fit. Just go to a professional
