Excellent quality and extra axes of control in the handle make it even better than the factory one I started with.

Good quality 4 axis little joystick with momentary button on top. The potentiometers are pretty standard, so if they wear out it looks like they're easily replaced. Had no issues with centering/calibration. Worked great out of the box once I soldered up the wiring and connected everything. No adjustments needed, even though it does have adjustment set screws to manually calibrate it. Bought another one for another project down the road.

Using it in high precision USB joystick. Exceeded all expectations.

This is not a 4 axis control. There are only 3 axis.

You get what you pay for with joysticks like this. This must have been a reject part or something because the potentiometers aren't any good. The twist action of the joystick is useless. Okay for experimenting or proof of concept, I guess. Don't expect to use this for critical applications.

X axis does not work. Just plugged it in after immediately taking it out of the box. Purchased a while ago but just got it out of the box. It shouldn't matter how long it takes to get things out of the box. This item does not have a shelf life, it's not milk. The expectations is for the customer to get quality products all the time. Your QC should've discovered the fault.
