Allrounder Supplement.
Someonen recommended me this supplement as I was feeling sick and tired all the time and this product could help as it has lots of nutrients in it which my body really needed. I used it and now I am better. must get this product one.worth buying it.

Stopped after buying 10 times because it has Folic acid and not folate
Folate is good, but folic acid is bad. Do your own research on Google. Go deep. First search will not give you the right answers. Similarly, they don't tell the whole truth about which B12 they have. They just call it "cobalamin", which is a problem because there are 2 types of B12: Methylcobalamin and Cyanocobalamin. Of these, Methylcobalamin is good and the other one is not so good. The fact that they have "folic acid" also tells me that their claim of plat based is questionable. Plants make folate and not folic acid.
