Taurine 1,000mg - Hypoallergenic Supplement to Support Brain, Heart, Gallbladder, Eyes, and Vascular System - 120 Capsules

Very very good. I added this to my morning cup of coffee wake up routine and it makes a beautiful difference.

Seems to be giving me a headache. But does help me sleep. Update 4/19 Turned out this wasn't the cause of the headache. So far, it helps sleep, seems to help muscle retention/growth, keeps me calm at work without falling asleep. Update 7/28/2018 Yes, the taurine does give me a headache, but only at first. The bigger issues is it increased my sleep apnea events and it increased my blood pressure. It also made me very weak. And it made me so out of it, I couldn't even put 2n2 together and realize this was causing my increase in apnea events. It also made me gain weight which isn't a surprise since it raises GABA which relaxes and slows down everything. If you look at the literature, you'll find a study done on mice (which most are), and that while it made male mice BP go down, it made female mice BP go up. So, not really a surprise thereThe good was it did help sleep; just too much. And it made my skin much better, which is due to its fluid equalizing activity. I had certain issues with skin for months just disappear while on this. Unfortunately, this is probably also why BP went up. I tried the 1,000 and the 500 and both affected me the same way. On the other hand, it made my daughter's anxiety much better. So final conclusion, if you don't have high BP or apnea, and you do have anxiety and sleep issues, then its a great supplement to take with dinner. Since none of that is why i bought it to start with, it didn't work for me for what I wanted. Update 1/26/2019 Found that it was this plus something else that made my apnea events so bad. Also, since the last review was put on fluid pills, so now that plus this makes my BP perfect. (Prob could avoid the fluid pills if I went low carb) I sleep now, still wake up several times a night, but with this I'm able to go back to sleep each time instead of getting up at 2:00 a.m.

I have been taken this brand supplement long time and get great benefits. While is product is expensive but the pure and quality ingredients really make me coming back to buy more
