These are awfully fragile. If you grab them with wet hands (which is the general idea!) you only get little bits and you have to advance the towels with the towel advancer bar to try to get enough to hold onto. And then the restroom floor is littered with little bits of paper towel as well.

The paper towels are fine and are good quality. However, the product name says 12 rolls but only comes with 6. It would be clearer if it read equivalent to 12 single ply rolls and state that the quantity is 6 in the box.
