Love tin, great tea!
I had a vague suspicion that the tea that came with a beautiful tin might not be as good as my regular British tea, but this is wonderful. And the tin is both beautiful and bigger than I thought it was going to be. It’s a significant decorative piece and I absolutely love it.

Worth Every Penny
The canister is gorgeous, which is the chief reason I bought it. The tea is great. 18 cents per teabag is a great deal. I am not a coffee drinker. All I drink is English Breakfast. I call all the other teas "incense tea". I hate them. There are 80 teabags, with 40 each in two foil bags. The teabags are connected together in pairs and require some care to separate. There is a very fine perforation between the bags that is hard to see. If not separated carefully, one or both of the bags will leak leaves. It is a good idea to do this in a well lit space. The canister stands about six inches, including the lid.

Absolutely Charming
I am obsessed with this New English Teas Vintage Victorian Tea Caddy! The packaging alone is beautiful — the vintage Victorian design makes it feel like a special keepsake rather than just a tea container. It looks gorgeous displayed on my counter and adds such a charming touch to my kitchen. This would make an amazing gift, but honestly… I’m glad I bought it for myself! Highly recommend to anyone who loves delicious tea and pretty packaging. A perfect 10/10

Great reloading brass container. Good tea.
I bought this primarily for the container. It’s a much classier way to store my reloading brass than a plastic Folgers “can.” Now I have to start drinking tea to get my money’s worth. Both cans I have ordered came undented. I think the key is to order it by itself. If you order a brick along with your tea, it will be bashing into the can from the warehouse to your door. I’m not a tea person, so my opinion on the taste doesn’t hold much weight, but I think it’s okay. I brewed it for three minutes right in the teacup. I think these bags are made for one “cuppa” and not a whole pot.

Decent tin, but narrow opening
Nice tin, but the opening is a bit too harrow for my to get my hand down into....and good luck trying to tear the 2 bags apart. They're not perforated.
