These Artlicious canvases are a great value for the price. The pack comes well packaged, and each canvas arrived clean, flat, and ready to use. They are pre-primed nicely, so I was able to start painting right away without needing extra prep. The surface has a smooth, even texture that works well with acrylics and other paint types. The frames feel sturdy enough for practice, crafts, and finished pieces alike. They hold paint well without warping or sagging, even after multiple layers. Overall, this set is perfect for beginners, students, or anyone who paints frequently and needs reliable canvases in bulk. I would definitely purchase these again.

These worked great for the practice/lesson program I was completing with acrylic paints. They are also great for my grandsons to use when they want to join me while I am painting on my larger canvases.

We're an artistic family, and rather than have to fight for the "last canvas" we've found it's just better to keep a STOCK of these on hand so when 'those ideas" come up, there's always a supply of willing canvases to take on the idea and turn it into reality. We use these for a variety of media, from pencil to pastel to watercolor and oil... They're probably of course best for oil and acrylic, but no matter... we use them for whatever we want. Artist's prerogative! : ) We like to have spare small canvases available when teen friends are around and looking to get creative... keeps the kids out of trouble to have a way to bond over creating art. And some of what they come up with is just EXQUISITE and totally UNIQUE! I just love seeing it evolve. Wonderful supply of 48 more canvas drawing boards. Perfect!

I personally use this type of canvas boards for art projects with my students for special occasions or holidays. Usually these projects involve hand-prints or footprints in which I use sharpie markers to write around or add on to the hand-print (see photo). This is the first time I had purchased these exact boards. No real issues overall however, I personally prefer a different brand. These boards have a lot of texture to them which makes it hard to write or draw on them with any sort of writing utensil. I even tried altering the way a write but there is just a lot of snagging as you pull a marker or pen across the board. I also used a pencil to try to sketch out what I was writing to see if that might help, but the texture makes erasing difficult which negates the point of using the pencil in the first place. For someone looking to actually paint on the boards you probably wouldn't see the texture as an issue but it impedes me from making our projects as neatly or as crisp as I would like. I will use all 30 of them over time but I will probably not repurchase even though they are currently less expensive overall (approximately $0.76 per board versus $0.83 per board when purchasing another brand).

Great value. The canvases are a good bargain for kids painting or learning a new art medium. Will definitely buy again.
