Excellent military science fiction adventure on faraway worlds. It definitely will appeal to fans of David Drake and John Ringo. It can be slow in certain places, but overall a good omnibus to get into.

Have always enjoyed Drake and Stirling novels, and this is a good one. The one issue I had is that they put the lst book in the Raj series in here with the Visager, felt like a little bit of a rip off.

Part of a very interesting series of a computer trying to guide a fallen space colony to return to civilization. Those sensitive to violence should be careful, though, in deciding to read this
