Lots of good advice , unfortunately I'm not an avid reader so I have read portions or examined foods or herbs that I was curious of how certain herbs work together or against each other. If I have a question I check it for advice

It's a good book. Lists recipes, supplements to take, and several treatments options. Dr. Axe covers all modalities of treatment. It's a general ailments book. I was looking for a specific ailment which isn't listed in the book unfortunately. Otherwise it's a good buy.
