I have always had irregualr mental cycle. i was on birth control since i was 12. i am now 38 years old and after being off birth control for 6 months. After I took this, I got severe intense headaches. Everything I ate throw up and cannot eat anything the whole day including the water. This is not for everyone. I am in my mid 30 and just one pill, I can't go to work either too.

I purchased this because I am estrogen dominant and was hoping it would help but I didn’t really see a difference but there probably was not a downside to taking them other than my wallet being lighter. I do not eat enough green leafy vegetables so they probably at least helped in that regard

No after taste. Easy to take. It doesn't upset my stomach take. On a empty stomach
