Has a ginseng smell, but it leaves no residue, and hair doesn't dry out. Helps slightly with itchy scalp.

I love this shampoo! It smells nice. ( I was alittle worried because previous reviews said it smells manly but I don’t think it has a man scent. It reminds me of shampoo from the salon kind of smell) hair looks heathy after first wash. Doesn’t weigh down wavy hair. Shampoo itself is a very thick formula. Overall, pleased with this experience.
