I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I use it for tea. I didn't need lengthy steep times to get peak flavor. I can almost feel the benefits in each cup I drink.

I'm not typically a tea drinker but would like to be. This stuff tastes incredible! I don't add any sugar or honey, just straight tea. The instructions say to boil the tea, but I turn on my electric kettle and when done pour it in a mug with a pinch of this in a tea strainer and let it steep for 10 min or so. Just the dry leaves in the bag smell Heavenly. I feel like a cup of this tea at night helps me get a deeper sleep.

The amount in this well sealed bag is amazing! Very fresh! I drink it alone in hot water or with Hibiscus tea. I bought it to help with cardiac health. It is calming too!
