I purchased some very expensive pillow shams for my 16x16 pillows. My pillows couldn't be stuffed into the shams because they were too fat - the opening on the shams was horribly too small. So I purchased these in hopes of being able to fold them and get them into the expensive shams. Worked perfectly. I will say they are not super fluffy... so I put another fluffier pillow (also they were smaller 12x12) to add a little more body because the expensive shams were less than perfect... and that worked. These pillows arrived sucked down in plastic, but once released they fluffed up nicely. They have a white zippered cover on them. While they are not super fluffy, they would not have been able to get into the shams if they were - besides these pillows are really just for looks so it all works for me. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful and I hope my review was helpful to you!

Needed inserts for the pillow covers I got wish they were a little firmer but they fit perfect in the inserts.

I ordered 2 16x16 pillow inserts and they came shrink wrapped in a box. I was a bit skeptical but as soon as I cut the plastic they started to puff up immediately. In just a few minutes after following the simple directions the pillows were puffy and fit my pillow covers perfectly. They are soft and firm at the same time. The pillows are made well, have a zipper if you ever need to refresh the filling. I enclosed photos so you can get an idea what I am talking about. I loved them so much I ordered another set!

These forms are exactly the correct size for what I needed and are exactly the size advertised. Past experience with purchases have not always been that way. They are the perfect fullness for what I needed, not too soft and not to use hard.

One of the pillows was overstuffed with the zipper basically seeming like it was broken. After I actually got some of the stuffing out and zipped and rezipped the pillow several times, it did go together, although it was clearly overstuffed. It's disturbing that it said it was Amazon inspected because clearly someone didn't think anything of sending me a pillow with stuffing hanging out and what looked like a broken zipper. Presentation counts, people. I would not buy again just because of the way it was presented. The zipper lining is already beginning to tear on one of them. It's not worth it to send it back because it's simply an insert to go into another decorative pillow case, but regardless. When people pay you for something, this is not the presentation they want to see when they open a box.
