They were not gel colors. Red was pink! My watermelon cake turned out pink. Used the whole bottle on one small cake.

Están muy bien. Para lograr el rojo tuve que usar bastante colorante, pero en general bien.

They're a bit pricey at three times the regular grocery store food colouring, but the colours were super vibrant and bright and deep! They did not change the texture of the icing or the batter like regular food dyes do and the neon sour candy cake I made for a birthday was a huge hit!
