Excellent oil stone of superlative quality. Gets the job done. A proper length unlike the other stones for sale. Left mine in soak in light oil and it works a treat. Hope to buy another of finer grit from same manufacturer. Good price also.

Zwischen Japanischen Wassersteinen und DMT Diamantsteinen muss ich zugeben, dass ich mit dem Norton IB8 dem mit Abstand besten Griff gemacht habe. Tatsächlich könnte wohl die feinere Seite für den häuslichen Gebrauch ausreichen, wenn ich aber mal bei jemandem zu Besuch bin und über seine stumpfen Messer stolper, bin ich über die gröbere Seite aber doch ganz froh.
