This product is not highly affective in reducing the snoring. Though breathing is better, but doesn't completely cut down the snoring sounds.

Semplicemente spettacolare. Io lo uso per una migliore respirazione notturna a causa del setto nasale stretto. Ne ho provati svariati e questo funziona veramente bene. Io sono anni che ne uso quindi l'ho travato comodo fin da subito, altri ci si dovranno abituare, ma è normale. Non si muove minimamente durante la notte, nemmeno sbadigliando. Estremamente soddisfatto.

Everyone's snoring and breathing patterns are different and different people have different issues causing the problem, but these "Mute" inserts really do a great job of keeping your nasal passages open and clear to help improve breathing with no discomfort while sleeping, you don't even know it's there.
