I was after a cheap action camera for use while cycling. I didn't want to spend on top brand devices, as it would only be used infrequently. Obviously with a lower price, there are sacrifices.. Usually with image quality. For me I didn't need the best high-res 4K image, with the best lens, but still had a high expectation of image quality. After much research of products across Amazon, I settled on this Apexcam Action Camera. Never personally heard of the brand before. There was a deal on, and thought I'd take a punt as reviews looked good, as did image quality. Not only do you get the camera, you get every type of mounting that you can think of... It came with 2 small batteries and a neat little charger that will charge both (together) as well as being a MicroSD card reader in one unit. Build quality of the Camera/batteries and charger unit are fantastic, and would be something that you would see on more expensive products. There is an external remote control that you can use to take photos, switch between video and photos. There is no touch screen to this model, but once you get your head around what buttons do what, it's pretty easy to use. Video/picture quality is really great for the price. I wasn't expecting anything ground-breaking with the cost, but overall its exceeded expectations. Yes the sky does get blown out a little, but I have seen far worse. The image is crisp and clear, and the image stabilisation does the job! I did have one small issue, that Support were able to resolve for me.. They were very responsive and I have been suitably impressed. Overall you get a LOT of 'bang for your buck'.. If you want a better than average cheap action camera, with a ton of accessories, you really cannot fault it. I highly recommend it.

If you’re new to action cameras like me and want to film adventures on a budget, the Apexcam M80 AIR 4K Action Camera is really brilliant! It’s easy to use, packed with accessories, and great value. I love using it for bike rides and seaside trips. The box is full of gear—helmet and bike mounts, a waterproof case, a wrist remote, two batteries, and a carrying case. I won’t use everything, but the waterproof case is fantastic for filming in the sea. Setup was simple: I popped in my 64GB memory card, and it was ready in seconds. The clear screen and buttons are so easy, I skipped the manual. I’ve filmed cycling, kayaking, and snorkelling. The threaded mount lets me attach it to my helmet or bike, staying secure for exciting shots. The 4K videos are clear and colourful—way better than my phone—perfect for sharing. Photos are good too. The WiFi and app are handy. I connect to my phone to view shots or share clips quickly. The wrist remote is great for starting recordings while cycling (not for use underwater!). The batteries last about an hour each, and with two, I’m set for a day. Charging is easy, though swapping batteries resets the date, which is a small bother. It’s small, tough, and survives drops. The waterproof case is reliable in rain. For the price, it’s a steal, making my videos look impressive. If you’re a beginner, this camera is a fantastic, fun choice!

I can't comment on the playback video as I've not put a card in it yet but it was easy to install despite the fact you get a million things to use (this is a plus), very steady and water is yet to penetrate the case. VERY EASY TO REMOVE FAST, found the clip on the case very useful,all in all it is a great camera

I was a little unsure what I was doing when I ordered this camera knowing very little about 'action cameras' however I needed something to record work over lockdown and wanted something that would work in and outdoors and for video and stills, and this seemed to fit the bill. On receiving it, I was most impressed by the carry case which is good and robust, and by all the accessories which enabled me to rig it up on my tripod immediately and, should I choose to, mount it in a variety of ways. The camera controls are intuitive and easy to use although I haven't used the remote control just yet so can't comment on that. The clear protective case does keep the camera nice and dry/safe however I did find some slight condensation building up when filming in the sunshine. Having the two batteries is a must as, although adequate, battery life isn't that long if you're out all day- I managed about 1.5 hours from one charge. The little duel charger is great for that too. I am doubly pleased I bought this as I have recently started paddle boarding and have seen that one of the mountings will fit on my paddle so with the sealed waterproof case, that's an added bonus! All in all very pleased with the quality and function of this camera, definatly good value for money.

For 'most' casual users this is a great product at a great price, with a few annoying quirks. Easily the best part of this product is the Case & the accessories which cone with it, including a USB C mic. 🔋 Battery life is NOT a concern when recording in 2K, but 4K with WiFi on is a killer. The double charger is useful and nicely contained/doubles as a battery case. 1 Remote Control activates all 3 cameras, which is what I wanted, so that is a huge positive. 📷 Quality is decent in good lighting conditions, using quick 5 shot mode to increase chances of getting a good shot. Lack of zoom limits functionality. 📹 Quality is decent enough in natural light, auto ISO obviously introduces grain, as this is a budget cam, but at 4K it doesn't deliver what 4K is all about. 2K is my go to (for file size and battery life) but it is an unknown 2K resolution and doesn't look great in bright light conditions. Biggest issue/concerns : Sometimes the remote didn't work. Often the camera tried to reformat the card when I hit record. When it came to editing the naming conventions were all over the place. Dates changed on the fly, and I was unable to order files in date recorded format.

La action cam non è male, la qualità delle immagini chiaramente è commisurata al valore economico e quindi sufficiente. Il problema serio è che questa action cam, una volta immersa in acqua, con la custodia waterprof, perde il grandangolo, in pratica è come se la lente della custodia facesse da lente di ingrandimento e quindi si riduce notevolmente il campo visivo. Peccato perché a quel prezzo non era per niente male.

Amazing quality for the price! This apex camera exceeded my expectations. The video and picture quality are clear and sharp, especially considering how affordable it is. It comes with all the pieces you need to attach it to a helmet and so much more, which is a huge bonus and saves you from having to buy extra accessories. Everything feels sturdy and well made, and setup was quick and easy. Perfect for anyone who wants great action footage without spending a fortune. Highly recommend! Bought for my 9 year old for his dirt bike and he loves it!

I purchased this camera with the intention of using it for some excursions while on vacation and it did not disappoint! Good quality photos and videos, good battery life and great build quality. It also came with lots of different accessories and attachments. If you are looking for an affordable option for a waterproof camera this is a great choice!
