I receive my preferred nasal pillow cpap mask from this seller very quickly, in less than 2 days, and at a very good price. It is critical for effective CPAP use to have replacement straps, and these straps work well.

I had been using the standard head gear, it never stayed on my head. I even switched to the over the nose style but the plastic irrated my face. I saw these being used on a TV show and I thought I would give them a try even though not covered by my insurance. I loved them immediately but after a few nights they started bothering my ears, they stayed on all night, no slipping on my hair like the other but they just irritated my ears. I had a friend make covers for them, the complete strap so the plastic does not touch my face or ears. That worked! I only wish the company that makes/provides this product would make the covers for the entire piece, they would fit the ear pieces better than the homemade covers. I will continue to use this new strap, it's the best by far of any I have tried.

These are used in combination with my sleep Apnoea application, instead of a whole face mask and work perfectly. I have nostril pads, like little mushrooms which fit securely in each nostril which originally had a head band to secure them but these little loops which go over each ear, came with my headband setup to use in a 'napping' situation but I prefer to use them all night. They are very comfortable and I haven't used the headband set-up for 8 years. Thank You.

This is a great item. Exactly what I ordered and need for my CPAP machine.

I purchased this mask once before and ended up throwing it away. Couldn't keep a seal and hurt my ears. I decided I would give it one last shot to see if I could make it work for me. I made some modifications. I used cpap mask strap covers that I already had to prevent marks on my face. I also used (and bought from Amazon) Velcro Face Mask Extender Straps to keep the straps off of my ears. It worked! I have less leaks (usually none) and it is more comfortable for me. Again, this worked for me but may or may not work for everyone. I'm happy with the results.
