Does this have latex in it?

The leather repair patches doesn't contain latex.

Does this work on motorcycle seat?

It might? It kinda depends on the environment that the motorcycle is being ridden in- cold, rainy, snowy, humid, scorching heat? Either way, if the bike itself is well shielded from extreme weather, it should absolutely work. Also might depend on the size of the tear in the fabric? Personally, I would recommend using duct tape to seal the tear and THEN using this patch to make it less ugly...functional and neat :)
