This grows okay but instructions should mention watering.

I’ve had really good success with this in the past but a bit disappointed with the seed I received this winter. Bought a bit more than needed to frost seed in 2026. Got old seed tested in April and Nov 2024. Glad I bought more then needed for ~ 60% germ rate🫤

Product arrived quickly and in good condition. Spread easily and observed good growth within 14 days. Expensive but worth the money.

I had a lot of bare spots in my yard from two large trees getting removed. I spread this over all the spots where the machinery tore up any yard and it was growing withing a week, fully covered in about 3 weeks. This was last year, and it has grown back beautifully after the winter. I use this everywhere I have a bare spot from in my yard and love it so much.
