Absolutely love this brand- it's very very rare for me to buy supplements but I appreciate the transparency that this Igennus provides. I was always a bit concerned about buying Omega 3 supplements from any retailers as you can never be sure of where the source has come from/contamination risks. These supplements are certified free from PCBs, dioxins & mercury which is super important if you are having these on a regular basis. They have high levels of concentrated Omega 3s (and is obtained from Wild fish (non farmed)) and the addition of Astaxanthin for antioxidants makes it my-go to supplement. It is on the more expensive side however I'm personally happy to pay more to ensure the source of the product. No noticeable taste/smell. Great for day to day general brain/eye/heart health. Taking the recommended 2 softgels a day means each bottle should last for 3 months!

This Igennus Omega-3 Wild Fish Oil is one of the best I’ve tried! Contains all the correct ingredients - wild fish oil, anti-oxidants and so forth. Accordingly, it perhaps has an edge over its competitors.

Good size/value and is suitable for a halal or pescatarian diet as the shell is made from fish gelatine currently. 180 softgels, taken 2 per day so 3 months supply. Good strength with content of EPA/DHA: EPA = 670mg, DHA = 330mg per 2 softgels. Fish oil with adequate EHA/DPA content and other supplements such as curcumin (with the correct dose) are pretty much the gold standard for inflammatory or rheumatoid based conditions and has significantly helped my mother with her leg/hip pain. Of course, best to get advice from a clinician before starting. Edit: 670mg EPA and 330mg DHA per 2 softgels which is good.

Very happy with this purchase, I shopped around to find the right Omega with guaranted purity. I'm taking two a day, they are small gel capsules, easy to swallow and the taste is lemony and pleasant. Last about 3 months so good value too.

I like these capsules because per two capsules, you get 1000mg, which is the amount of Omega 3 one should be getting. Don't go for anything less, 1000mg is the recommended dosage, so make sure you're getting this much! As for the capsule shape, it's a little difficult to swallow, however, I've discovered the following helps me swallow them: Sit up straight, place a capsule in mouth, take a large sip of water, and lower your head (as if trying to touch your upper chest with your chin) and swallow. Then I wait for a few seconds before taking the second capsule. Doing all of this, the capsules go down smoothly. Omega 3 is essential for women going through that annoyingly insane time in their lives...when things start to stop working! And all that useless insane stuff starts happening to us! There is no fishy aftertaste or any fishy burps, so the capsules have been formulated very well! Price wise, they might seem expensive to some, but you greatly run the risk of rancid Omega 3, when you buy cheaper options. It's great that astaxanthin is included which has its own benefits-look them up! One thing I would say again, it's great for women, who are going through that insane time of their lives! I'm definitely buying from this company again, because they've put an effort in producing quality omega 3, with the added benefit of Astaxanthin.

After researching omega 3 supplements I decided to go for this one. I liked that it’s from wild fish. Started taking them yesterday and decided to take two separately a day with meals as this is recommended. Every single time so far I’ve not been able to swallow the capsule first time and it’s been a little traumatic! I also take other supplements in a much bigger capsule so I can’t understand why. I don’t think I can bring myself to have any more which is a shame as I’m sure they are a very good product. UPDATE I’ve since tried cutting the capsules open and putting on my food and the taste is pleasant so I’ll continue this way.
